There are no course cancellations as yet. It is anticipated that there will be a spate of additional enrollees just before the start of classes. There are a number of new course coordinator opportunities available. Family Tree Maker needs both instructor and course coordinator. Ebay needs a course coordinator.
The summer course schedules are out in catalogues. One error appears in the Intro to Graphics stating that the course is offered on Monday which should be Wednesday. The office personnel responsible for course signups are aware of the discrepancy and will so inform potential enrollees.
With the new course fee structure and membership in SeniorNet not being required, there are National SeniorNet membership applications available at the front office as well as on the internet. Membership is $30 for the first year and $15 for yearly renewal.

Reports:
Curriculum Julia Fogel
All feedback forms for the winter session were submitted. With the apparent drop-off in attendance at the last course sessions, a suggestion was made that Feedback forms be distributed during the 7th lesson, not the eighth.
A number of new courses are being developed for potential implementation with the fall 2007 session. Jerry Moore is working on a Digital Camera Users Course. Brian Perry is evaluating a PowerPoint presentation course. Tony Cobourn and Julia are getting started on a course called Memoir Workshop

InterimWebmaster:
All the computers have been updated. This needs to be a periodic activity since updates will not happen automatically with the installation of the “Go Back” program on all Lab machines.
Manuals Report:
George Fuller
Printing is in progress and manuals will be available for all courses well before the start of spring classes.
Lab Report:
The 2007 winter session saw the most productive lab to date with over 50 participants with an average attendance of 6 users/session and one session having over 12 students in attendance.
There is a continuous need for lab personnel support. Bob Nelson will be taking over Lab session management.
Spring Staffing:
Staffing is complete for the spring session.
Disks and Badges: Bob
Nelson
Bob reports that all is ready for the start of spring classes. Flash drives are being used instead of floppies in a number of classes, most notably Excel. Gene Staton has purchased a number of flash drives and has sold most of them to class students at a very affordable cost.
Course concerns:
Quicken: Howard Goldmacher
As of this date SeniorNet Headquarters holds little promise of receiving a site license for the 2007 Intuit Quicken Course. The decision has been made to proceed with offering the Quicken 2006 course in the spring and fall sessions since the majority of changes between 2006 and 2007 are in the display cosmetics and not in the substance of the program.

Respectfully submitted (although late)
