            Memoir Workshop:

Tony Cobourn made a brief but notable presentation on his Memoir he prepared                                   along the lines of those which would be the subject of the Memoir Workshop.                           Tony showed his completed 31 page memoir complete with embedded pictures                           and related the comments of his daughter who expressed deep appreciation for the                       document which related many of his life’s milestones which influenced the                            raising of his family some of which were unknown to his children.  The memoir                           was genuinely appreciated by his children especially because they live far away                          limiting their family get-togethers once a year and for a relatively brief time.

All materials are ready for the course managers and are stored on the appropriate shelves in the cabinets at the back of the classroom.

Room Readiness:

All is ready for the start of classes.  Questions were raised regarding the readiness of the ink cartridges in each of the printers.  All are currently working but it remains undetermined as to when the printers may run out of ink.  Thought is being given to starting a data base to define for each of the printers when a new cartridge is installed and when it runs out of ink to gain an understanding as how to forecast expenditures for new cartridges.
